Bien s\u00fbr je ne suis pas s\u00fbr que cela soit la chose la plus intelligente que j&rsquo;ai faite, mais peu importe c&rsquo;est engag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Comme pour le Paris Versailles je vais me donner un contexte et quelques objectifs.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier objectif: Finir la course<\/p>\n<p>Plus grosse distance faite en courant&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Le deuxi\u00e8me objectif: Faire que tous les entra\u00eenements se passent bien, \u00e0 savoir que je prenne du plaisir \u00e0 m&rsquo;entrainer.Comme d&rsquo;hab il faut se faire plaisir, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;essence du sujet.<\/p>\n<p>Le troisi\u00e8me objectif: Li\u00e9 avec le temps faire la boucle en moins d&rsquo;une heure et cinquante minutes, donc une moyenne de 11.5km\/h<\/p>\n<p>Pour rappel la course du PV soit 16,2km ont \u00e9t\u00e9 boucl\u00e9 en 10.43km\/h<\/p>\n<p>Le course des quatre ch\u00e2teaux soit 16,6km 01:28:50 soit une moyenne de 11.21km\/h<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 mon inscription je vais \u00eatre dans le SAS bleu soit les personnes qui ont un objectif de 1h40&#8230;
